I’ve heard of this happening before, there’s many things that could be happening, there’s a team of auditors that audit users account changes that a CSR makes once in a while, I don’t know if they still do it, but they could take the shit off the line, another issue could be that the plan may be an older plan that is not compatible with the early e/w addon, that’s what happened for some lines I’ve seen, but the software program we used sometimes allow for the changes to be made anyways.
Speaking of Military plan, I’ve seen sooooo many issues with that plan caused by CSRs, but the problem with a military plan is that we have to phyiscally remove every service from the line except voicemail, call display, and the problem with that is that if you had a promotional plan such as unlimited free texts, you cannot bring it back onto the account. The problem is that if he used the phone on the military plan, if it’s the plan I’m thinking of, you’re being charged 30-40c/minute for all usage.
The largest bill I’ve seen with Sprint for a corporate account was about a million dollars, largest individual was around $10k
