T Mobile has always been good to me. But then again, I know how to work the system to my benefit. They’ve always compensated me for any problems or downtime. I use my phone for business, so I can put service outages in terms of real lost revenue.

Yes, I am extremely happy with Sprint.  I’ve had them for several years and have never had any bad shutdowns, nor any hidden charges.  Plus I rarely ever get a dropped/faded call, and it seems I always have at least 4 bars of service.

Sometimes, I’m with Rogers Wireless.  I’m so/so with the company.  I’m happy with the plan I have, but not satisfied with the coverage area and at times not satisfied with the CSRs.

When my 3 year contract is done, I’ll probably renew anyways, since the only other options are CDMA companies.  What I don’t like either than coverage/CSRs is that every time you make a plan change (voice plan), you have to renew your contract for three years.
