Got my first bill, T-mobile forgot to credit me for something, (activation fee)

Anyway I thought I would have to battle it out with them but nope, the chick Handled it quickly credited me and that was that.

If anyone from T-Mobile reads this give Kimberly in Missouri a raise

I haven’t dealt with T-Mobile CS lately, but generally they’ve been very helpful for the times I had to call.  I’m still with them after two and a half years, although I’m on a month to month contract.

Activation fee is something that CSRs DO NOT like arguing over, unless if it’s a btch, we would take a benefit of a doubt and credit it, so I guess T-Mo was the same for it.
