So this is how it will work, if you got your phone prior to August 22nd you will receive an SMS for a 100 dollar credit at the Apple store.
If you bought your phone after August 22nd but before the price drop you will be able to get a 200 dollar refund from Apple however you have until the 19th of September to get it.
