Today I spoke with a at&t rep in NYC attending Digital life who told me about a new detailed billing fee that goes into effect September 28th 2007.

So how will you get billed? Well if you change any feature on your account you will automatically lose detailed billing, if you want detailed billing back it will cost you $1.99. But you can get detailed billing free supposedly you just have to argue with the CS rep and hope they give you the feature free.

Why is at&t doing this? Probably because of all the money they lost changing their name from Cingular to at&t and then adding the Orange back tot he at&t wireless logo.
