Hmm I wonder if that is why you can’t sleep, senorita talk a lot. lol
Someone should study the effects of keeping the phone less than 2 feet from your head while trying to sleep as well. Maybe I’ve found the source of my insomnia!
Nice post!
I have problems with sleeping after I text, because I’m always expecting another text, like last night, because I was expecting texts, but didn’t get any.. ugh.
I’m off to Mexico in 11 days, I’ll have my phone turned off for a majority of the time anyways

Do you talk on your cell phone before you go to bed? Do you have a hard time falling asleep? If so it could be the radiation from your cell phone.
According to a joint study by Universities in the US and Sweden, people who talked on their cell phone before going to bed took longer to reach a deep sleep and staid in that deep sleep for a less than those who didn’t talk on the phone.
The Mobile industry funded the study but they claim the results are inconclusive, and more test need to be done.
I for one know that I loooooooooove talking on the phone before I go to bed and I do suffer from insomnia and I tend to get headaches.
I’m a go a week without talking on the phone before bed and see if there is any improvement.
