This is a scam - they tell you that you didn’t fill out the form correctly and then don’t send you a new one (this is an automated phone message).  No one has a phone number and someone named Deb is “out of town” or “in training” or her “mailbox is full.” Tmobile told me that there isn’t a “president”
of the company as they are publicly traded and that they can’t help me get my flight booked even though the number I call says “Tmobile Customer Concierge Service.”

We are going through the same problem with TLC and T-mobile. They have freeflights2007.com website and we registered. We did get a confirmation number but when I call them, they both same the that freeflights2007 is not their website. They are pointing finger at each other. I will not renew my contract with them. This is a scam of the century. If they had not run this scam, they would be out of business by now.
