Klausner Technologies which is based in New York, Monday filed suit against Apple and at&t wireless over voicemail patents that Klausner claims the Apple iPhone infringes. In the suite Klausner is asking for $360 million dollars. The patent in question is,572,576.

Klausner previously sued Apple in the 1990’s and the two companies settled.

Klausner is also suing some Cable Giants over their Visual Voicemail features, and has a licensing agreement with Vonage.
