Ever get tired of pressing 1 for English, then 1 again for Customer serivce, then 9 to go back because you accidentally hit 2 and are in the Spanish’s menu.Well there is a service called Fonolo which currently is in a closed beta which will hopefully put an end to the maze we are put into when ever we call an airline or our bank.
So how does Fonolo do it? Well they spider the menus daily to make sure their system is up to date, and then you simply login to your Fonolo account which is free and you laterally chose where in the call menu you want to go to, then after you select where you want to go and provide your phone number your phone will ring in a minute or two and your placed in the spot you requested to be placed in.
It even logs your calls and you can manually enter notes such as the name of the person you spoke too, and it gets better you can even record the conversation, talk about having a record of the call.
But it doesn’t stop there, the service is currently free, but it may not be free forever :( but regardless if the price isn’t too high it would definitely be a service I would invest in especially if I were a business.
