So Sprint said in a Press Release yesterday that their new Simply Everything plan would be available today.
Well it isn’t. Indi (LaIndia) called Sprint and was told “nope you can’t get it today, maybe tomorrow not sure”. I mean come on it’s on your website as available. But when you go to a Sprint Store or Call you are told you can’t get it?
What kind of BS is that? If Sprint wasn’t sure they could have the plan available today, then they should of said next week instead of Tomorrow February 29th 2008.
So when will the Simply Everything Plan be available? Who knows Sprint obviously doesn’t.
Update: I spoke with someone in Sprints Public Relations and was told this.
The $99 Simply Everything plan is available beginning today.
I’m not sure who you spoke with in customer care, but I would encourage you to call back. I do know that they have been conducting round-the-clock training with reps on the new plan since it was announced yesterday morning. I can only assume you spoke with someone who had not been fully trained.
We called again and were told again that we couldn’t get the new plan. We called a 3rd time as soon as we hung up and we got someone that gave us the plan. However they told us the system needed to be rebooted and they would call back. lets see what happens.
